How to cook Iceland Half Leg of Lamb
Defrost
In a refrigerator
Remove from all packaging and place on a plate.
Defrost in a refrigerator for 24 hours.
Once defrosted keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours.
Oven Defrost
Fan 180ºC  Cook time: 1 hr. 20 min. – 25 min.
Gas 6Â Â Cook time:Â 1 hr. 20 min. – 25 min.
Pre-heat oven Fan 180°C/Gas 6.
Remove from all packaging.
Place in a roasting tin near the middle of the oven for 1 hour 20 – 25 minutes.
Stand for 10 minutes before carving.
Oven Frozen
FAN 180ºC  Cook time: 2 hr. 25 min. – 30 min.
Gas 6 Â Cook time:Â 2 hr. 25 min. – 30 min.
Pre-heat oven Fan 180°C/Gas 6.
Remove from all packaging.
Place onto a roasting tin and cover loosely with foil.
Place near the middle of the oven.
1 hour 35 minutes into cooking time, remove foil, return to oven for 50-55 minutes.
Stand for 10 minutes before carving.
