Inspired by classic looking top load stems, the Martinez adds some key improvements in its strength and geometry. Cinema's Martinez Stem is built from 6061-T6 aluminium with six oversized allen bolts that provide plenty of strength and torque while giving the Martinez a classic look. The stem has a 48mm reach that feels responsive while the stock 22mm rise can be reduced to 8mm by invereting the stem.
