Gluten- and Wheat-Free Made by Kent & Fraser in London, England  Pioneers in gluten-free products, Kent & Fraser started in 2009 as a small scale bakery dedicated to making quality produce. Their ‘Toast’ creation was developed in 2015 and involves packing the gluten-free bread full of berries and nuts (in this case Andalucian olive, crunchy walnut and smoky Pimenton de la vera) before twice baking them and then slicing them wafer thin.
