There are few foods on this planet as perfectly simple and as decadently delicious as rosy, pink stone crab claws. With delicate white meat that’s sweet, flaky and firm, the stone crab is a luxury without a doubt. But, skip the fine china and silver. Available year round from Carolina or from Florida dependent on the season, so get ½ to ¾ of a pound for yourself and each of your friends, mix up a little mustard sauce, and get to the joyful work.
