The HPL 1200-D-12 inverter from e-ast's HighPower Line series of modified sine wave inverters produces a modified sine wave AC voltage that is suitable for powering regular 230V-240V mains appliances up to 1200W from a 12Vdc (11-15V) input, such as a solar battery. A connection cable for securely fitting to battery screw terminal is provided with the inverter. The HPL 1200-D-12 can achieve a 2400W peak output for 0.3-0.5 secs. To avoid damaging batteries through deep discharge, the HPL 1200-D-12 inverter has a protective function that cuts its output when the input voltage drops below its lower voltage range.
